Refund policy

At Solira, we want you to feel confident trying our product.

If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to make it right. While keeping our policies fair for both our customers and our team.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

Because Solira is a personal-use beauty device, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used for hygiene reasons.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or not working properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number

  • a photo or video showing the issue

We will replace the item or offer a full refund at no additional cost.

 

Order Issues

If your order is:

  • lost in transit

  • significantly delayed

  • or marked delivered but not received

Please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different item, please:

  1. Return your original order

  2. Place a new order

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
